QUALITY AND COMFORT Buying a home for you and your family is a big decision. We feel that in good business practice we provide you with a quality home. We order all our homes with OSB flooring...no sawdust floors here! All our new homes come with Northern Insulation and most with Thermopane windows, these will play a big part in keeping your home comfortable and save you money on your monthly electric bills. When you purchase a new home from Ferrell Mobile Homes we include a new central air conditioner to go with your home. We have a certified outside contractor install the central air unit to insure proper cooling and efficiency.
FINANCING AND INSURANCE Interest rates as low as 4.9% We have several lenders that are willing and able to assist you with financing. With good credit we may be able to secure financing with as little as 5% down payment. If you have your own land we may be able to help you use it in lue of cash. We have programs for those that want to purchase land and a home at the same time. If you have a credit score of 575 and have 10% down the Banner Program may be for you! If you have bad credit we have 2 lenders that will look at the deal with larger down payments. We have Insurance agents on staff to assist you with your homeowners insurance needs. SET-UP AND SERVICE We have our own State Certified Set-up Crews to insure your home is installed properly and in accordance with the Manufacturer of your new home. We are proud to have our own knowledgeable and experienced Service Team and Parts Department to assist you. All our new homes are backed by Southern Homes Factory Trained and Award Winning Service Department.
HOME SITE EVALUATION Before delivery of your home we send a member of our staff to inspect your site. They will inform you of any items that may hinder the delivery such as, if trees need to be removed or trimmed and make other recommendations that will improve the set-up of your home. We believe the customer needs to be aware of these issues so they can be corrected to allow the proper and safe delivery of their home. Our goal is a quality set-up of your home, we feel that taking the time to meet with you is well worth it to insure your delivery is a good experience.
CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS Any New Manufactured Home must have a concrete foundation. Ferrell Mobile Homes highly recommends a solid concrete slab for your foundation. We all have heard "You are only as good as the foundation" we believe that to be true of your home as well. A solid concrete pad insures a quality set-up as well as eliminates moisture being drawn into your home. We have contractors that can pour the concrete for you that are familier with the State requirements. Take your time viewing our web page.
